Photo Essay: Crazy Poodle Grooming
We love dogs here at Photo Outpost. They have provided many laughs for us over the few short months we’ve been around. This week’s Friday Photo Essay focuses on one of our favorite breeds, the Poodle. Enjoy this look into the wild ways people have had their Poodle’s groomed.
This is our Poodle. His name is Sam and he is 5 years old. He is very much in need of a haircut. When we have him groomed we keep it simple, just an all around shave and a little left on the ears and tail.
These people take their poodle grooming to the extreme. Our first example is this guy. Looking like a Hollywood star walking down the red carpet, he is very colorful in his yellow fur coat and multi-colored ankle warmers.
I don’t think this is supposed to “be” anything in particular. It looks like the dog is thinking “Hey lady watch those long nails back there!”
Here we have a fierce dragon

This one is ready for the beach
And this one just looks fishy
Sort of a wine theme going on here, I know our poodle whines a lot :)
Being a Cleveland Browns fan I hesitated to put this one in but heck, it’s just too good to pass on. Get it? Pass?
One of those rare desert poodles
Here’s a colorful one. Very artistic.
Down on the farm, this is the chicken dog… or is it a rooster?
Wow, not sure what this is but I like it! I guess it would be a nature theme. Not sure what the antenna eyes have to do with anything though.
When you marooned me on that god forsaken spit of land, you forgot one very important thing, mate: I’m Captain Jack Sparrow.
More nature. I think this one is part tree.
The fairy princess. I hope this is a girl poodle, otherwise his friends are going to have a great time with this get-up.
A horse by any other name is still a horse… or a poodle.
It says on the sign, El Chupacabra. I personally don’t think this one will scare anybody.
This one is named Lucky!

Please remove your copyright notification and replace it with the copyright ABC Grooming Center Thanks..oh and the one that doesn’t look like much looks totally different from the front.THe groomer gave the dog a very goos cleavage!11 I think it was titled Coochy Mamma

They are all fantastic. Great imaginations and my congrats to everyone. I really got a laugh out of the camel and the buffalo.
